Daiwa Exceler LT – Lightweight and Smooth Spinning Reel
The DAÏWA Daiwa Exceler LT evolves with the integration of AIRDRIVE DESIGN technology, further improving the fluidity and comfort in fishing action.
This third generation of Exceler retains the philosophy of the series: to offer a lightweight, robust and high-performance reel, perfectly suited to modern fishing with lures.
AIRDRIVE DESIGN Technology
The AIRDRIVE DESIGN concept optimizes several key elements of the reel to reduce inertia and improve rotation.
It includes in particular:
Airdrive Rotor: lightweight rotor promoting a smoother rotation
Airdrive Bail: redesigned basket handle for better management of the line
This design makes the reel lighter, more responsive and very pleasant to use.
Progressive ATD-L brake
The ATD-L (Automatic Tournament Drag) system ensures exceptional progressivity of the brake, allowing:
an effective absorption of the rushes
a precise control during fights
better protection of fine lines
Optimized throws and line management
The reel is equipped with several technologies improving casting performance:
Long Cast ABS aluminum coil: lip optimized to favor distant casts
Twist Buster III: pick-up roller reducing line twisting
Cross Wrap: winding in crossed turns for an even distribution of the line
