Equipped with a front shield rod, the Maliera is designed for bottom contact. This system elevates the body and the ventral hook, considerably limiting collisions and making the lure ideal for bottom tapping. This bumper also acts as a deflector, allowing the lure to naturally deviate upon contact with obstacles (branches, rocks, structures).
